Wine tasting of 3 local wines: Prosecco, Soave and Valpolicella (1 glass of
wine per person for each kind of wine). The tasting includes breadsticks,
bread, a selection of best local cured meats and cheese.

Wine tasting of 5 local wines: Prosecco, Soave, Lugana,
Valpolicella and Fiori d'Arancio (1 glass of wine per person for
each kind of wine). The tasting includes breadsticks, homemade bread, a
fan of cured meats and three different kinds of local cheese with
pickled vegetables and honey.

ROYAL (on request, minimum 4 participants) Wine
tasting of sparkling wines: Cartizze, Franciacorta and Champagne (1 glass
of wine per person for each kind of wine) . Moreover taste a selection
of white and red wines of Veneto region and Amarone combined
with breadsticks, homemade bread, a fan of cured meats and three different
kinds of local cheese with pickled vegetables and honey
